Erika sent Watkins a nice letter saying she saw her in Abbotsford at The Wiggles concert when she was four and that she missed her being in The Wiggles, mom Shannon Hopfner said. Hopfner connected with Watkins and the singer updated her fans the next day. Watkins says she and her mother, who are both from the U.K., booked the apartment in the South of France back in March 2022. Watkins says they immediately got in contact with the owner in order to try and work something out. Others said that while they stayed at Airbnb listings, their own places were broken into via the balcony, so Watkins was right to not stay there. Both Tim Phillips and Emma Watkins, having served one term on the advisory council, have decided not to stand again for a second term and therefore stand down by rotation.
